The addition of rye and honey gives a nod to the intensity and flair of the game, while the deep amber-red hue mirrors the fierce battles fought on the pitch. Adding to its Yorkshire roots, the beer takes inspiration from the 'Yorkshire Haka' (see below), a spirited and unconventional display of local pride that embodies the county’s love of the sport.
